The radio world that is Dublin commercial radio was a very sad, boring place. That is, until the morning airwaves were changed by the sounds of a young 9 year-old girl called Little Becky!

It all started on Dublin's 98FM on The Morning Crew with Dermot, Dave & Siobhan. The show is broadcast 6am to 10am Monday to Friday and one of the highlights for me is Little Becky! Becky (real name Rebeca Barry) makes a prank telephone call to some unsuspecting Dubliner each morning just after 8.30

It's one of the highlights of Dublin breakfast radio for me and it appears that I am not the only one. Copies of her hillarious telephone prank calls can be found all over the internet; her prank calls have been featured on radio stations throughout the world; they are featured on numerous blogs and she's even made it to the video-sharing You Tube!
