| Home | Next Capital Radio started out as Ireland's first ever legal commercial radio station in August 1989. The station then changed its name to Rock 104 (changing music format) and then becoming FM 104, which it still is today. In Scotland, every January 25, they celebrate the birthday of their national poet, Robbie Burns. The celebration is appropriately called Robbie Burns Day. The tradition features the feasting of a special pudding called Haggis - which has been cooked inside a sheep's stomach. I tested some Haggis live on air and to be fair, it tasted pretty well.
