The man pointing at the camera and draped in the US Flag is Donal Norton. Even back then in the early 1980's he was always playing practical jokes! I vividly remember reading a news bulletin and during it I looked up and see Donal wearing a Ronald Reagan mask! I nearly choked while reading that bulletin!!
