RADIO CAROUSEL, NAVAN.

The Navan studio was located in the centre of the Navan Shopping Centre. This innovative hexagonal-shaped premises was the on-air studio. The second, identical premises just behind it to the left, was the reception area. That's where listeners could call in and have a chat and a coffee with the staff.

At this time (1981 to 1984) there was no other radio station doing this kind of blatant publicity. This would have virtually been unheard of anywhere else in Ireland up to now. Radio Carousel Navan was a trend setter and led the way.
