JUNE 1986: RADIO RAINBOW INTERNATIONAL, TOGHER, COUNTY LOUTH.

You remember the previous photograph showing a stone, attached to a cable and being thrown up and over a double-live power line pole? Well this is a photograph showing the antenna cable fully extended. You can see it is centre-fed, going into a half-wave antenna (24 metres) The horizontal cable was stretched between the electricity pole and the house. This was the antenna system for Radio Rainbow International.
