SEPTEMBER 2003: PHANTOM FM DUBLIN

Who are the strange looking characters pictured below? They are Podge & Rodge! The captions on the photo read: "TO PANTY FM 91.666 DEVIL'S MUSIC - PODGE. ANY STATION THAT PLAYS THE BUTTHOLE SURFERS IS A FRIEND OF OURS - RODGE"

Yes, these guys have been around for quite some time in Ireland; back in 2003 they apparently visited the studios of Phantom FM and signed the photograph. Did they ever give an interview? I am not sure, but the photograph is quite frightening!!!
